At Runway’s AI Summit this week, the chipmaker showed how its latest computing platform can support video-generation platforms like Runway to generate video scenes on the fly, turning what has typically taken minutes per output into something closer to a real-time process. In demos, Runway’s models updated scenes instantly as prompts changed, allowing creators to direct and adjust outputs in real time.
“That speed changes everything,” said Richard Kerris, vp and gm of media and entertainment at Nvidia. “Today, with agentic AI, you’re conversing with your computer.
