Kimberly-Clark’s chief growth officer (CGO), Patricia Corsi, is set to leave the business later this year.
Corsi joined the Kleenex and Huggies maker in 2024, following a five-year tenure as Bayer’s chief marketing, digital, and information officer.
The marketing veteran’s impending departure comes as Kimberly-Clark prepares to finalize its $40 billion acquisition of Kenvue in the second half of 2026. The combined company will generate $32 billion, subject to regulatory approvals.
When approached by ADWEEK, a Kimberly-Clark spokesperson pointed to an April blog post outlining a leadership restructuring that will take effect once its Kenvue purchase closes.
Under the new structure, Kenvue North America president, Carlos De Jesus, will become Kimberly-Clark’s CGO.
