Omnicom is collapsing two agencies — 180 and adam&eveDDB New York — into a new agency called Lola USA, bringing the globally renowned Lola brand stateside for the first time.

The move comes as the holding company accelerates plans to further streamline its network following its acquisition of IPG, after retiring heritage agency brands DDB, FCB, and MullenLowe last fall.

Operating out of New York and Los Angeles, Lola USA will be led by CEO Agathe Guerrier and chief creative officer JD Jurentkuff, both of whom previously held leadership roles at Omnicom agencies.

The newly assembled group is a combination of the teams that made up 180 and adam&eveDDB: Elliott Bastien serves as head of strategy, Laura Cona takes on the role of chief growth officer, Devon Hay is managing director, Caroline Jackson is chief client officer, and Margaret Coleman has been appointed head of account management.
