Gap’s fall 2026 campaign comes with a fresh creative direction and two emerging stars geared to win over Gen Z.

The new ad, “Denim on Your Own,” stars musician Malcolm Todd and actress Inde Navarrette, and is set to Todd’s rendition of Robyn’s 2010 anthem, “Dancing on My Own.”

Ditching its traditional choreographed dance moves, Gap worked with a movement director on the ad instead. Wearing the brand’s denim, different versions of Todd move, roll, and slide around blank spaces before being joined by Navarrette, both of whom express their own rhythm and style.

Gap switched up its creative approach “to show that the universe of Gap can be all this— from perfect choreography to loose movement,” chief marketing officer Fabiola Torres told ADWEEK.
