Red-light therapy brand Rouge Care is crediting AI agents with a fivefold return on ad spend.

The direct-to-consumer brand spent $25,000 on CTV ads and drove over $125,000 in attributable sales for an awareness campaign that ran in the second quarter of 2026, according to Samuel Bonneau, senior copywriter at Rouge Care.

“We attributed $25,000 to the tactic for the quarter, with a target ROAS [return on ad spend] of 250%,” Bonneau told ADWEEK. “The campaign delivered 500%, resulting in over $125,000 in attributable sales against that spend, doubling our goal.”

The brand worked with ad agency Klever Programmatic, which built the campaign through PubMatic’s AgenticOS—the sell-side platform’s AI infrastructure where the media buying process, like audience discovery, is handled by its own dedicated bot.
