Apple’s first foldable iPhone has the potential to change digital ad creative as we know it.

On Wednesday (Sept. 9), the tech giant unveiled the iPhone Duo, its first foldable smartphone and the most significant change to its flagship product since the iPhone’s 2007 debut.

With a price tag starting at $1,999, the device opens and closes like a book. Closed, it’s pocket-sized, with a 5.4-inch outer display. Opened, it’s the largest and most immersive iPhone screen size, at 7.6 inches diagonal.

“iPhone Duo is the most transformational change to iPhone since the original. With an entirely new design and intuitive experiences, it shows what’s possible when hardware and software are engineered together and redefines what it means to use a foldable phone,” Apple’s newly minted CEO John Ternus said in a statement.
