Omnicom Names New Media Leadership Team After IPG Merger

Omnicom has formalized the leadership team that will oversee its global media operations following the completion of its acquisition of Interpublic Group (IPG). The move comes as the newly combined holding company reorganizes into eight divisions—creative, media, production, commerce, PR, health, precision marketing and global brand consulting—each with its own leadership and global operating model.

A new media leadership roster obtained by ADWEEK reveals how Omnicom is structuring one of the most scrutinized parts of the merged company: Omnicom Media. The document shows a global team led by CEO Florian Adamski, with roles spanning finance, commercial operations, investment, client success, strategy, transformation and talent.
