The Federal Trade Commission and 22 states have sued Amazon, alleging the company manipulated its advertising auctions to drive up prices for advertisers.
According to the FTC, Amazon raised minimum prices in certain ad auctions and used other practices that caused advertisers to pay more than they otherwise would have.
