His lasting advice for anyone in business is to identify and develop a personal brand. At Google, he reminds his team to do that as employees. But that remains true for individuals just getting started and looking to break through.
“Develop your personal brand. Be honest and trust your gut, trust your instinct. That’s something that nature gives us for some reason,” he said.
