Integral Ad Science’s New CEO Dishes on Her Plans for the Company

Lidiane Jones is two days into her new job as CEO of Integral Ad Science. She sat down with ADWEEK to talk through her earlier priorities at the ad verification company, and she wasted no time signalling the company’s next move: AI assistants. 

Jones, who took over from longtime CEO Lisa Utzschneider and previously led Bumble and Slack, framed her mandate around making IAS the “trust layer” for ad industry being reshaped by AI, agentic bidding and chatbot-based discovery. 

“My goal, over the next few months, is meeting our customers, diving deep on the industry, but genuinely accelerate the pace of innovation to bring value with AI emerging and the process of buying and selling media spaces,” Jones said.
