“What is so awesome about this particular concept is, not only are there celebrations on the cutting room floor, it’s what it’s going to inspire in our fans because we’re giving everybody permission to express themselves,” Solis said.
And the sky may be the limit for those dances as the game evolves alongside culture.
The NFL notably doesn’t allow outside props in player celebrations. However, with the comical appearance of the Bad Bunny foliage in the promo, Solis doesn’t want fans to put a limit on their creativity.
“It, to me, is such a nod as to how culture penetrates. So when you say we don’t allow props, you never know,” Solis said. “People truly do influence the things they see on the field.”
