The only two absolutes are death and taxes.
TurboTax is hoping a new partnership with AKQA can help ensure a new generation of taxpayers chooses to file with its offerings instead of its competitors.
“The importance of getting to this [Gen Z] audience in their channels and in keeping with the culture is that Gen Z are the taxpayers of the future,” Louisa McCauley, executive business director at AKQA, told ADWEEK.
According to data from COMvergence, TurboTax’s global media spend totals $240 million, with the U.S. accounting for $230 million.
AKQA is not an official agency of record for TurboTax.
