Uber Emboldens St Patrick’s Day Partygoers to ‘Irish Exit’ with a Quick Getaway

Uber began working with Mother New York back in October, after years of partnering with its London creative shop. Their debut campaign, “There Are Drivers in Your Area”, reminded suburban riders in less densely populated neighborhoods that they don’t need to be city dwellers to hitch a ride. 

The brand’s first-ever national holiday ad followed soon afterwards and continued its focus on the suburbs, exploring a father and daughter’s relationship through the lens of an Uber ride home. 

Mother London and Uber’s relationship dates back to 2020. The pair famously recruited Hollywood legend Robert De Niro to star alongside Sex Education star Asa Butterfield in an Uber Eats ad about eating food and going places.
