The brand licensing business Authentic Brands Group has hired Lark-Marie Antón as its chief communications officer, chief executive officer Matt Maddox said on Monday.
The role is a newly created position at the company, which is hiring up before it prepares to go public in the first half of 2027. It promoted Maddox to his current role as CEO in May, while founder and former CEO Jamie Salter transitioned into a new position as executive chairman in January.
Before joining ABG, Antón spent more than five years at USA Today Co., the publisher formerly known as Gannett, where she led enterprise communications across the USA Today Network.
