Jack Sommers joins as head of digital news for EMEA, overseeing all editorial content for CNBC.com across Europe and the Middle East, focusing on business, markets, economics, and technology. Kai Nicol-Schwarz joins as tech reporter, covering technology across Europe and the Middle East and writing CNBC International’s flagship tech newsletter, Beyond the Valley. Finally, Lauren Shute joins as an audience producer, responsible for the network’s social platforms, homepage curation, mobile alerts, and vertical video strategy.
