Amid a sharp pullback in diversity, equity, and inclusion progress this year, multicultural agency IW Group did more than just weather the storm.
While revenues were only up slightly, from $23 million to $24 million year-over-year, president and chief momentum officer Nita Song described the agency as “stronger than we’ve ever been.”
“We’re the largest we’ve ever been, and we’ve done some of our most exciting work,” she said.
While the world has changed since Bill Imada launched IW Group 35 years ago, the need to stay curious has remained a constant and crucial driving force for the team, now spread across New York, San Francisco, and its hometown, L.A.
