ADWEEK is currently accepting submissions for the 2026 Team Visionary Awards.
A standout campaign or a transformational year of growth can’t be attributed to just one person. It takes a village—or rather, a team. The ADWEEK Team Visionary Awards spotlights the moments of collaboration and teamwork behind some of the biggest wins across the industry.
Past winners include BBH, Disney, Hilton, NBCUniversal, and Sprite.
NOTE: There will be no repeat winners in the same category, but companies are eligible to be recognized in a different category.
Categories
There will be two (2) winners chosen for every category.
- In-House Brand Team: Brand-side teams creating standout campaigns that drive business impact.
- Agency Creative Team: Agency teams delivering effective creative work for clients.
- Agency Strategy Team: Agency teams delivering exceptional insight, alignment, and measurable business impact for clients.
- Legacy Leadership Team (5+ Years): C-Suite of established companies driving sustained growth and evolution. Companies must have been established before Jan. 1, 2021.
- Breakthrough Leadership Team (<5 Years): C-Suite of emerging companies driving impressive growth and innovation. Companies must have been established after Jan. 1, 2021.
- In-House Brand Social Media Team: Brand-side teams driving engagement, culture, and results across social platforms.
- Agency Social Media Team: Agency teams driving engagement, culture, and results across social platforms for clients.
- Creator/Influencer Marketing Team: Brand-side and agency teams leveraging creators to build high-performing campaigns.
- Experiential Team: Brand-side and agency teams creating immersive brand experiences and activations.
- Media Planning/Buying Team: Brand-side and agency teams using data and strategy to maximize media performance and ROI.
- People/HR Team: Brand-side and agency teams fostering strong culture, talent, and organizational growth.
- PR/Communications Team: Brand-side and agency teams shaping brand reputation through strategic storytelling and media.
- Technology/Innovation Team: Brand-side and agency teams implementing tech to grow businesses through improved productivity, UX, creativity,
