– Chipotle has hired Fernando Machado, the former CMO of Burger King, as chief brand officer (CBO). He arrives as Chipotle executes its “Recipe for Growth” 2026 turnaround plan. The marketer said he’ll build on the chain’s cultural relevance through “authentic storytelling, focused product development, and meaningful guest experiences.”
– PayPal has hired veteran marketing executive Antonio Lucio as chief marketing and corporate affairs officer.
