Homes.com is back in for its third consecutive Super Bowl.
The brand will run national ad slots during the game, a spokesperson confirmed to ADWEEK. Homes.com had two 30-second spots in Super Bowl 58, down from three 30-second ads the year prior, when it used the Big Game to launch its brand.
Homes.com is owned by CoStar Group and is a sibling brand to rental platform Apartments.com.
Dan Levy and Heidi Gardner carried the ads during its previous two Super Bowl appearances, playing the owner and top sales executive for Homes.com.
The 2024 spots featured cameos from Lil Wayne and Jeff Goldblum, whose alter ego Brad Bellflower has served as a longtime spokescharacter for Apartments.com. Last year, Morgan Freeman lent his iconic voice to the company’s simplistic brand message: “Homes.com is the best.”
Super Bowl 60 will be on Feb. 8, 2026, at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.
