Moburst currently works with around 150 clients, including Microsoft Copilot, and has acquired five companies over the past several years as it expands its capabilities across AI, digital marketing and growth services.
Bechar sees the unique nature of the Chrysalis deal as an “emerging trend,” underpinned by a broader shift in the marketing industry. In the future, he said, agencies will increasingly be pulled into deeper operational and financial alignment with their clients.
