She decided to not compete in the summer, so she can be there for me in training camp to snap after practice and catch passes for me after practice. I was a veteran, they weren’t giving me reps in practice, because they knew I could do it, so they’re giving it to the younger guys.
The only reason I made the roster was because of how I performed. She was a big part of that, because she sacrificed for me to be able to help me execute, to be ready to go when my number was called.
And that’s the kind of person that I have motivating me every single day.
