The Trade Desk has seen notable turnover over the past year, including appointing four chief financial officers while a growing number of senior executives and board members have also exited.
At least four board members including Lise Buyer, Gokul Rajaram and Kathryn Falberg have left since March.
Frustration among departing executives has centered on the company’s rising take rate and internal leadership decisions under CEO Jeff Green. Most recently, chief strategy officer Samantha Jacobson is set to leave the company for a role at OpenAI, ADWEEK previously reported.
Other senior departures have followed. Jarod Schneider, who led technical account management at the company, left the company this week after 14 years, The Trade Desk confirmed.
