The most energized people I meet are empowered to innovate in order to meet the forces reshaping the creative business. They are building distributed workforces. They are creating offerings that respond to the new world, not stripping existing businesses for shareholders. They are learning about what they as individuals can bring to this emerging world.
Not many of them reside in the big holdcos.
