Making coin: The duo spent five years together at Apple before joining Coinbase three years ago. They brought the crypto platform back to Super Bowl 2026 with a karaoke-style ad that ADWEEK named as one of our Top 10 Big Game commercials.

Go big: Last year, the duo took Coinbase branding beyond F1 cars and racing suits with a 10-foot-tall Aston Martin blue helmet that drove around London’s biggest attractions before settling in Covent Garden for the Silverstone Grand Prix. Additionally, they transformed San Francisco’s Moscone Center into Coinbase Arena for the 2025 NBA All-Star Game in 2025, touting an immersive fan experience that featured a robotic hoop for shooting contests.

Hit the road: Mica Gallino took Nike to the streets at the Mexico City Marathon, which was actually sponsored by Adidas. Her genius hack infiltrated the marathon course with 90 media placements featuring a purposely annoying coach, embedding the brand directly into the runner experience. It ended up winning a Grand Clio. 

Get in the game: She also led the After Dark Tour: Mexico Edition, challenging night running perceptions in Mexico City. And she brought block party energy and lived cultural experience to the forefront in both LA and the Mexican capital for the Club America jersey launch, which inserted Nike into a real match-day Saturday within the community.
