Redirect capacity back to judgment
Mulchandani framed AI’s payoff in terms of what marketers can do with the time it saves.
In a fragmented workflow, that capacity can evaporate into extra versions, corrections, reviews, and decision fatigue. Preserve the context, and more of that time can go toward choices that require judgment, experience, and accountability.
For analysts, that may mean deciding which customer differences deserve different treatments. Creative teams can spend more time shaping the idea rather than repairing weak output. Reviewers can weigh trade-offs instead of chasing preventable errors.
“AI should carry the work in between decisions, but humans should still own those decisions,” Mulchandani said.
