“I think what’s really important is people already using AI and finding benefit with it can share their experiences,” Cogley said.
Flores shared that he uses AI prompts and signals to send tactical suggestions to his team.
“The first prompt is: Tell me the latest and greatest of our book of business for the last 24 hours, and it gives me some trends. And on the product side, I do the same thing,” he explained.
Flores concluded that marketers should get comfortable with AI. “AI is here to stay because we have seen the advantages of using it. And there’s a lot of good that comes with it if you use it wisely and it’s governed and secure.”
