Adam Selman
EVP & CCO, Victoria’s Secret
New gig: The designer behind some of the most iconic world tour looks worn by Rihanna and Lady Gaga joined the storied lingerie house last year.
All eyes on him: Selman executive produced last year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, which brought in a staggering 60 million viewers with star runway turns from Angel Reese, Gigi Hadid, Adriana Lima, and more. His creativity shone through immersive set designs, spellbinding videos, and more than 90 custom looks.
Hearts aflame: Off the runway, Selman led creative for Victoria’s Secret and Pink’s big-ticket holiday: Valentine’s Day. Hailey Bieber and K-pop girl group Twice gave the 48-year-old brand some modern edge, resulting in billions of impressions and the strongest-ever Pink campaign.

Carly Gomez
SVP & CMO, Crocs
New tricks: Who would have thought that nearly 25 years after Crocs’ debut—and 16 since Time magazine named them one of the worst-ever inventions—they’d be hotter than ever? CMO Gomez can take some credit. The Vans alum joined the footwear brand in 2025, promptly got Pete Davidson as an ambassador (tube socks and all), and whipped up original content for Complex Ntwrk.
